How do we make your food truck?
To make your food truck, we follow the guidelines of the health code for mobile kitchens in new york and new jersey.
Walls and the ceiling
The walls and the ceiling are made out of top quality food grade 304 stainless steel metal sheets.
Foam insulation is added between the aluminum body of the truck and the stainless steel walls.
Water and washing station
A three-compartment sink with hot and cold water of 20 gallons each and one waste tank
under the truck, its capacity is around 46 gallons.
The cooking equipment
The cooking equipment ranges from flat grills, heady duty 40 pounds fryer, stovetops,
flame grills, steam cookers, and steam tables, ovens, and more.
Specialty equipment that is fit for your particular concept can be integrated and installed also.
The equipment runs with propane or can be electric.
Refrigeration and storage of food
We install commercial refrigeration that is needed in the storage and the making of your food. We use salad bain-marie, reach-in refrigeration, freezers refrigerated displays, and all that is needed and requested by you. We also make dry storage all around the truck, top shelving, and under-counter storage.
Electricity
We install a main electric panel inside the truck that runs either from the generator or any external power.
Lighting, power outlets switches are
installed throughout the kitchen.
The generator can be a 3000w or 7000w (Generator is provided by the
customer and is not included in the pricing)
